吉宏股份(002803.SZ)與杭州喆眾及易營寶共設吉喵雲
格隆匯 9 月 25日丨吉宏股份(002803.SZ)公佈，公司與杭州喆眾信息技術合夥企業(有限合夥)(“杭州喆眾”)和易營寶信息科技(北京)有限公司(“易營寶”)合資成立杭州吉喵雲網絡科技有限公司(“吉喵雲”)，並於近日收到杭州市蕭山區市場監督管理局核發的營業執照。
合資公司註冊資本人民幣5000萬元，其中公司以現金方式出資2750萬元，持股比例55%；杭州喆眾以現金方式出資1500萬元，持股比例30%；易營寶以現金方式出資750萬元，持股比例15%。註冊資金到位時間以合資公司章程規定為準。
公司此次與合作方易營寶及杭州喆眾成立合資公司，主要充分發揮合作各方所具備資源、渠道和技術等優勢，加強技術研發與創新資源的共享共用，把握東南亞地區跨境電商市場需求打造SaaS服務平台，為國內中小企業提供東南亞跨境電商業務包括選品、採購、建站、投放、翻譯、物流配送等一站式解決方案。
合資公司吉喵雲(GiiMall)擬構建的跨境電商SaaS服務平台，將整合產品生產商、營銷服務商、雲服務商、獨立站服務商、倉儲物流服務商、支付服務商、保險服務商、ERP/SCRM技術服務商等作為系統模塊參與到整個系統建設中，並最終為平台商家實現按需一鍵部署，快速打通跨境電商業務全鏈條，逐步打造跨境電子商務共生共榮的生態系統。與此同時，吉喵雲(GiiMall)也將開放相應的OpenAPI、軟件市場、插件市場、控件市場，具有二次開發能力的技術團隊可在GiiMallSaaS平台上共同為跨境電商客户提供個性化的產品和服務，以供中小企業自由選擇，同時也可降低因平台轉換帶來的技術成本，為跨境電商從業者提供更為優質完善的服務。SaaS服務平台的建設符合公司中長遠發展規劃，有利於公司電商產業鏈新型業務的開拓、公司品牌價值的塑造和市場競爭力的不斷提升。
