天橋起重(002523.SZ)：原董事長肖建平辭職 選舉龍九文擔任公司董事長
格隆匯 9 月 25日丨天橋起重(002523.SZ)公佈，公司董事會近日收到肖建平提交的書面辭職報告，因工作變動，申請辭去公司董事長、董事及戰略委員會委員職務，辭職後不在公司及子公司擔任任何職務。肖建平辭職報告自送達公司董事會之日起生效。根據《公司法》《公司章程》的相關規定，肖建平辭職不會導致公司董事會成員低於法定最低人數，不影響董事會規範運作。公司第五屆董事會董事人數暫不作調整，將按照相關規定儘快完成董事補選工作。
公司於2020年9月25日召開第五屆董事會第八次會議，選舉龍九文任公司第五屆董事會董事長，同時擔任戰略委員會委員及召集人，任期自董事會審議通過之日起至本屆董事會屆滿。根據《公司章程》規定，龍九文自當選公司董事長之日起，為公司法定代表人，公司將盡快完成變更法定代表人的工商登記工作。
截止本公告日，肖建平未持有公司股票。公司獨立董事就公司董事長辭職及選舉董事長事項發表了獨立意見。
龍九文，中國國籍，男，漢族，湖南湘潭縣人，1966年9月出生，1988年7月參加工作，大學本科學歷，畢業於武漢大學經濟系經濟學專業，高級經濟師職稱，律師資格，市人大代表。1988年7月至1995年5月，任株洲市計委綜合計劃科、工業交通能源科科員；1995年5月至1996年4月，任株洲市計委財貿計劃科副科長；1996年4月至2000年6月，任株洲市計委國民經濟綜合科科長(其間：1997年12至1998年12月，醴陵市南橋鎮高峯村建整扶貧，任工作組組長)；2000年6月至2002年2月，任株洲市國有資產投資經營有限公司經營部主任；2002年2月至2009年10月，任株洲市國有資產投資經營有限公司黨組成員、副總經理；2009年10月至2015年7月，任株洲市國有資產投資控股集團有限公司黨委委員、副總經理；2015年7月至2018年10月，任株洲市國有資產投資控股集團有限公司黨委委員、總經理；2018年10月至2020年3月，任株洲市教育投資集團有限公司黨委書記、董事長；2020年5月起任公司黨委副書記、董事、副董事長。
截至本公告日，龍九文未持有公司股份。與持有公司5%以上股份的股東、實際控制人、公司其他董事、監事、高級管理人員不存在關聯關係。未受過中國證監會及其他有關部門的處罰和證券交易所懲戒等。
