創業慧康(300451.SZ)擬變更註冊資本及經營範圍
格隆匯 9 月 25日丨創業慧康(300451.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年9月25日召開第六屆董事會第三十八次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司註冊資本及經營範圍並修改<公司章程>的議案》，現將具體內容説明如下：
一、公司註冊資本變更情況
1、公司創業板非公開發行股票79,806,759股已完成發行，導致公司註冊資本由人民幣1,109,627,137元增加至人民幣1,189,433,896元。
2、公司2019年限制性股票激勵計劃預留部分限制性股票2,398,200股已完成授予登記，導致公司註冊資本由人民幣1,189,433,896元增加至人民幣1,191,832,096元。
二、新增經營範圍
因浙江將全面實施《經營範圍登記規範化改革》，經營範圍將通過選擇規範條目申請的方式登記，公司按照規定相應調整相關經營範圍，變更後的經營範圍為：一般項目：軟件開發，物聯網技術研發，物聯網技術服務，物聯網應用服務，物聯網設備銷售，信息系統集成服務，數據處理和存儲支持服務，信息系統運行維護服務，信息技術諮詢服務，技術服務、技術開發、技術諮詢、技術交流、技術轉讓、技術推廣，大數據服務，區塊鏈技術相關軟件和服務，互聯網數據服務，互聯網信息服務，藥品互聯網信息服務，依託實體醫院的互聯網醫院服務，人工智能公共服務平台技術諮詢服務，人工智能基礎資源與技術平台，人工智能行業應用系統集成服務，人工智能公共數據平台，安全技術防範系統設計施工服務，網絡與信息安全軟件開發，第一類醫療器械銷售，第二類醫療器械銷售，計算機軟硬件及輔助設備零售，計算機軟硬件及輔助設備批發，電子專用設備銷售，雲計算設備銷售，網絡設備銷售，接受金融機構委託從事信息技術和流程外包服務(不含金融信息服務)。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)許可項目：第二類增值電信業務，第二類醫療器械生產，第三類醫療器械經營，建築智能化工程施工、消防設施工程施工，建設工程設計，各類工程建設活動，出版物互聯網銷售，出版物批發，出版物零售，網絡文化經營，信息網絡傳播視聽節目，保健食品銷售，食品經營(銷售散裝食品)，藥品批發，藥品零售，貨物進出口。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)。”上述變更登記最終以工商登記部門核准為準。
