传台积电3nm量产目标每月5.5万片 首批产能苹果全包
据台湾传媒报道,台积电(TSM.US)近日公布3nm量产目标,2020年下半年月产能料升至5.5万片,而2023年月产能则再增至10万片,据悉苹果(AAPL.US)已全包首批的产能,而第二、三批客户亦已经陆续出现,倘无重大危机,料公司业绩能如期维持逐年增长。
报道引述业界消息指,台积电的营运不受全球政治、经济因素影响,加上技术领先亦获多数订单,虽然9月中後确定失去华为订单,但其他客户下单亦填补了产能缺口,近期更上调7nm及5nm的每月产能以应付客户需求。
报道指,7nm已提前达到每月13万片的产能,到年底则再增至14万片,而今年第二季量产的5nm目前已由每月5万片逐步提升,原定2021年上半年8-9万片的月产能目标亦已於近日升至10.5万片,意味公司不仅7nm及5nm产能满载,订单亦至少已掌握至2021年底。(el/k) ~
