李澤楷旗下特殊目的收購公司美國上市冀籌5.75億美元
據《彭博通訊社》報道,富豪蒂爾(Peter Thiel)及李澤楷已設立一家特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)Bridgetown,主要針對東南亞科技、金融服務及傳媒行業,根據公司向美國證交會(SEC)提交的文件,公司為「空白支票公司」(Blank check company),成立目的是要透過收購、重組等方式整合業務,冀籌5.75億美元。
Bridgetown是由由李澤楷旗下的盈科拓展及蒂爾私人投資公司Thiel Capital共同創立,並由董事長Matt Danzeisen及行政總裁兼首席財務官Daniel Wong負責領導。
今年以來已有109家SPAC公司透過在美國上市籌得逾400億美元,較去年全年多出一半。
