新股配售 | 明源云一手中签率10%，公开认购644.25倍，国配45倍，有绿鞋
uSMART友信智投9月24日消息，明源云集团控股有限公司 (00909)发布《发售价及配发结果公告》。从配售结果看，有以下两点小结：
1）国配火爆：认购倍数约45倍，为近期的top3（欧康维视生物：76倍，农夫山泉：60倍）。国配的前五大承配人均为基石成员，锁定26.85%的发行股份(假设超额配股权获悉数行使）。最大承配人是基石高瓴资本，锁定9.39%股份，市值约6.66亿港元。
2）乙组拥挤：有接近43万人申购明源云，其中乙组申购人数高达1.71万，乙组认购倍数高达958.66倍，是甲组的三倍。乙组拥挤，稀释了中签率，乙头仅获配2手。
【配售简况】
1、发售价：16.5港元，为招股价区间的上限
2、每手股数：1000股，一手市值16500港元
3、有效申购人数：428,936名（甲组：411,831名，乙组：17,105名）
4、中签情况：一手中签率10%，申购150手稳中1手，甲尾稳1争2，乙头稳中2手，顶头槌稳中43手
5、公开认购情况：认购倍数约644.25倍（甲组：329.84倍，乙组：958.66倍）
6、回拨情况：最大比例回拨，公开占比从10%提升至37%，国配比例降至63%
7、国际发售：认购约45倍，合共483名承配人，高瓴资本系最大承配人
8、基石投资者（6名）：高瓴、GIC、国调基金、红杉、贝莱德、富达合共锁定30.1%股份(假设超额配股权获悉数行使），禁售期6个月
9、关联客户（6名）：上海申九资管、CICC Grandeur、博时国际、广发基金管理、富国基金、富国资管，合共锁定0.413%的发行股份(假设超额配股权获悉数行使）
10、超额配股权：超额分配56,130,000股发售股份，有绿鞋
11、稳定价格操作人：中金，稳价结束日为2020年10月18日
