格隆匯 9 月 24日丨紫金礦業(02899.HK)公告,員工價值作為紫金礦業集團股份有限公司(以下簡稱“紫金礦業”或“公司”)價值的重要組成部分,已根植於公司的目標管理與日常運營中。公司希望通過此政策,清晰地向各級運營體系及全體員工傳達處理員工人權議題時的行動預期與合規邊界。同時逐步將對人權的關切延伸到公司的業務合作伙伴。

人力資源是第一資源,勞動是公司價值創造的主體,對人才的尊重和對員工的關懷質上是對人性和人權的尊重。公司的成就來自於全體員工及廣大協作者持續不斷的努力。公司秉承“企業、員工、社會協調發展”,堅持“物質文明與精神文明”兩手抓,以“尊重員工基權利”為基原則,通過建章立制,全面落實“以人為”理念。

為實現以上承諾,公司將採取以下政策

1.遵守法律:在遵循所在國(地區)用工法律法規的基礎上,結合公司開展業務所在每個國家和地區特點,有序開展業務,並嚴格控制可能引發人權侵害問題的相關風險。

2.尊重基自由:在遵守所在國(地區)法律法規的前提下,依法尊重和保障員工享有自由。

3.提供平等就業機會。公司承諾不使用童工,公平公正對待不同國籍、種族、性別、宗教信仰和文化背景的員工。結合項目運營需求及所在國家、地區人力資源供給能力,實施用工地化與多元化配置策略,不斷促進地區就業,促進和諧發展。
