紫金礦業(02899.HK)：公佈人力資源管理政策
格隆匯 9 月 24日丨紫金礦業(02899.HK)公告，員工價值作為紫金礦業集團股份有限公司(以下簡稱“紫金礦業”或“公司”)價值的重要組成部分，已根植於公司的目標管理與日常運營中。公司希望通過此政策，清晰地向各級運營體系及全體員工傳達處理員工人權議題時的行動預期與合規邊界。同時逐步將對人權的關切延伸到公司的業務合作伙伴。
人力資源是第一資源，勞動是公司價值創造的主體，對人才的尊重和對員工的關懷質上是對人性和人權的尊重。公司的成就來自於全體員工及廣大協作者持續不斷的努力。公司秉承“企業、員工、社會協調發展”，堅持“物質文明與精神文明”兩手抓，以“尊重員工基權利”為基原則，通過建章立制，全面落實“以人為”理念。
為實現以上承諾，公司將採取以下政策
1.遵守法律：在遵循所在國(地區)用工法律法規的基礎上，結合公司開展業務所在每個國家和地區特點，有序開展業務，並嚴格控制可能引發人權侵害問題的相關風險。
2.尊重基自由：在遵守所在國(地區)法律法規的前提下，依法尊重和保障員工享有自由。
3.提供平等就業機會。公司承諾不使用童工，公平公正對待不同國籍、種族、性別、宗教信仰和文化背景的員工。結合項目運營需求及所在國家、地區人力資源供給能力，實施用工地化與多元化配置策略，不斷促進地區就業，促進和諧發展。
4.實施全面薪酬計劃：實施包括“薪資、福利、職業發展和工作與生活平衡”等全面薪酬計劃，不僅使用物質資源(包括薪資和績效獎金等貨幣化福利以及帶薪假期、進修機會等非貨幣化福利)，而且應用精神資源(成長、平衡、關懷等)回饋員工的付出。(1)獲得與所從事崗位與所創造價值一致的薪資收入，參與績效獎勵計劃；(2)獲得企業提供的各種培訓，不斷提升員工在組織內外就業能力，並將協作方逐步納入統一培訓體系；(3)獲得企業提供的員工職業成長空間、事業平台以及晉升機會，提供符合職業發展特質的多條並行通道；(4)獲得企業利用組織資源建立的各類福利條件，包括但不限於實施所在國家和地區對於員工養老、醫療、失業等方面的保障計劃；(5)獲得企業提供的各種稀缺經歷和經驗(國際化、跨文化)：公司建立了以招聘、競聘及推薦等相結合的內部流動渠道，為廣大員工提供寬廣的內部交流機會；(6)獲得企業提供的工作休假，以滿足員工閒暇需求。
5.公司以建設“紫金大家庭”為理念，按崗位配置必備的勞動保護用品；持續改善員工工作與生活環境，並通過制定協作單位後期保障基標準指引，促進合作單位員工生活條件改善。
6.建立員工溝通渠道：員工可通過“內部協同辦公平台、意見箱、企業論壇”等渠道反映對於組織的意見及個人訴求，各級組織應安排專責對接並建立員工滿意度溝通機制。
