聯合醫務(00722.HK)公佈年度業績 純利升208.5%及末期息2.65港仙 2025年服務線上線下目標3000萬人
格隆匯9月24日丨聯合醫務(00722.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年6月30日止年度，公司實現收入5.57億港元，年度EBITDA達1.5億港元，同比增長197.1%；期間純利6031萬港元，同比增長208.5%，擬派發末期股息每股2.65港仙。於2020年6月30日，集團並無淨債務。
年內，公司持續加大拓展業務覆蓋面的力度，無論於服務點數量及服務範疇方面，同樣深化與醫療服務提供者的合作，務求為患者和用户提供更可及的醫療保健服務。於2020年6月30日，聯合醫務網絡包括超過800個服務點，而去年同期則為600多個服務點，業務覆蓋面實現大幅拓展。
未來公司計劃進一步拓展與地方政府的合作，開設更多PPP診所。預計於2021年上半年，公司的PPP診所將突破100家。
此外，GOLD金牌培訓課程於2018年2月首次啟動，並於廣州市番禺區培訓了11名當地政府的醫生。截至本文刊發日期，GOLD金牌培訓課程的規模已擴展至超過700名醫生及護士。2020財政年度，GOLD金牌培訓課程開始接受個人醫生報名，進一步拓展培訓覆蓋。公司預計於2020年底，GOLD金牌培訓課程的醫生及護士將突破1,000名。
公司表示，2020財政年度，公司在核心業務的戰略佈局方面取得重大進展。面對龐大的行業發展空間，公司持續調整核心業務策略，積極把握髮展機遇。公司未來5年的戰略目標，是透過多重接觸點，從現時服務線上線下約135萬人次用户，擴大至2025年服務線上線下3,000萬人次用户，當中包括香港及澳門市場300萬人次用户，以及內地市場2,700萬人次用户。
為了實現2025年戰略目標，公司將堅定不移，致力為大中華區所有人提供可及、可負擔及可信任的醫療保健服務，建立可持續的基層醫療保健模式，為支付方（即政府、企業及保險公司）、提供者（即政府醫院及診所、私營醫療服務提供者）及患者和用户打造三贏局面。
