赤子城科技(09911.HK)有意在市場上進行股份購回
格隆匯 9 月 24日丨赤子城科技(09911.HK)發佈公告,董事會有意行使購回授權項下的權力。該項授權由股東在公司於2020年6月15日舉行的股東周年大會向董事會授出,以於聯交所購回最多1億股股份(即於股東周年大會當日公司已發行股本的10%)。建議股份購回將以公司內部資源撥付資金。
公告表示,在現況下進行股份購回可展示公司對自身業務展望及前景充滿信心,且最終會為公司帶來裨益及為股東創造價值。同時,公司現有財務資源足以支持股份購回同時維持穩健的財務狀況。
