海象新材(003011.SZ)披露發行結果：遭棄購3.89萬股 由主承銷商包銷
格隆匯 9 月 24日丨海象新材(003011.SZ)披露首次公開發行股票網上發行結果，浙江海象新材料股份有限公司(以下簡稱“海象新材”或“發行人”)首次公開發行不超過1834萬股人民幣普通股(A股)(以下簡稱“本次發行”)的申請已獲中國證券監督管理委員會證監許可〔2020〕1984號文核准。本次發行的保薦機構(主承銷商)為申萬宏源證券承銷保薦有限責任公司(以下簡稱“保薦機構(主承銷商)”)。發行人的股票簡稱為“海象新材”，股票代碼為“003011”。
本次發行採用直接定價方式，全部股份通過網上向公眾投資者發行，不進行網下詢價和配售。發行人與保薦機構(主承銷商)綜合考慮發行人基本面、所處行業、可比公司估值水平、市場情況、募集資金需求及承銷風險等因素，協商確定本次網上發行的發行價格為38.67元/股，發行數量為1,834萬股。
本次發行的網上申購繳款工作已於2020年9月23日(T+2日)結束。
一、新股認購情況統計
保薦機構(主承銷商)根據深圳證券交易所提供的數據，對本次網上定價發
行的新股認購情況進行了統計，結果如下：
1、網上投資者繳款認購的股份數量：18301100股
2、網上投資者繳款認購的金額：707703537元
3、網上投資者放棄認購數量：38900股
4、網上投資者放棄認購金額：1504263元
二、保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷情況
網上投資者放棄認購的股份全部由保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷。保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷的股份數量為3.89萬股，包銷金額為1,504,263.00元，包銷比例為0.21%。
2020年9月25日(T+4日)，保薦機構(主承銷商)將包銷資金與網上投資者繳款認購的資金扣除承銷保薦費後劃給發行人。發行人將向中國證券登記結算有限公司深圳分公司提交股份登記申請，將包銷股份登記至主承銷商指定證券賬户。
