亞鉀國際(000893.SZ)：董事會審議通過老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設進度計劃及投資預算暨資金使用安排議案
格隆匯 9 月 24日丨亞鉀國際(000893.SZ)公佈，公司召開第七屆董事會第八次會議，審議通過下列議案：
一、關於老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設進度計劃的議案
老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目分為三部分：礦山工程、加工廠工程及公用工程。
老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目於2020年3月21日前已完成可研報告的編制及相關立項程序，自2020年4月1日啟動工程勘察及初步設計，至2021年6月15日完成全部安裝工程，全廠投料生產時間為2021年7月1日
董事會同意子公司中農國際按上述老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設進度計劃推進項目建設。
二、關於老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設投資預算暨資金使用安排的議案
董事會根據子公司中農國際提報的關於老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設進度計劃表、資金使用進度計劃及建設項目的全部一級合同報備情況，對老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設投資預算暨資金使用安排的議案進行了審議，具體如下：
公司老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目總投資為約23.75億元，包括新增總投資約15.72億元，原資產淨值7.54億元，待攤銷費用4932.49萬元。
新增總投資15.72億元包括建設投資13.78億元、建設期借款利息2800萬元及流動資金1.65億元。
根據老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目實施計劃表，對應的三年建設投資資金使用安排為：
1、2020年投資金額約5.48億元；
2、2021年投資金額約6.9億元；
3、2022年投資金額約1.41億元(支付設備採購、建築工程、安裝工程預留質保金等)。
老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設投資總額共計約13.78億元，分為以下六類分項合同：(1)礦山工程(地下)類合同；(2)加工廠工程(地上)類合同；(3)公用工程類合同；(4)工程設計類合同；(5)工程管理服務類合同；(6)未歸類合同。
其中前四類(礦山工程(地下)類合同、加工廠工程(地上)類合同、公用工程類合同、工程設計類合同)共由23個一級合同組成，總金額為約12.47億元；第五部分工程管理服務類合同金額為5347萬元，包括工程建設管理費、工程監理費、可行性研究費、環境影響評價費等；第六部分未歸類合同金額為7811.19萬元，包括聯合試運轉費、設備安全監督檢查費、預備費等。
董事會同意子公司中農國際關於老撾100萬噸/年鉀肥改擴建項目建設投資預算暨資金使用安排。
