海南瑞澤(002596.SZ)：廣東綠潤收到龍江鎮2020-2023年市政主幹道路環衞綠化一體化項目中標通知書
格隆匯 9 月 24日丨海南瑞澤(002596.SZ)公佈，全資公司廣東綠潤環境科技有限公司(以下簡稱“廣東綠潤”)收到龍江鎮2020-2023年市政主幹道路環衞綠化一體化及垃圾收集運輸運營項目(三標段)的中標通知書，現將項目基本情況及中標通知書的有關內容公告如下：
一、項目基本情況
(一)項目服務內容
1、環衞保潔服務：主次路面(含人行天橋)及街道內巷等公共地方的清掃保潔(包括物業管理小區及市場外圍的人行道)；城區垃圾收集；市政雨水柵(含防蚊閘)清掃清疏及維護；建築餘泥及住户裝修棄物清理；中標承包範圍內所有牛皮癬清除(物業管理小區內除外，包括物業小區外圍牆)；灑水降塵、沖洗馬路及人行道(含側平石清洗)；垃圾收集桶、果皮箱管理維護，以及果皮箱定位點地坪漆定期維護翻新；城區水浸排澇工作；城區沙井蓋維護、缺失補裝，馬路中央分隔欄清潔維護；垃圾分類收集；環保垃圾房設施維護，垃圾桶及時清理與沖洗，地面及時清洗等。
2、綠化養護服務：龍江鎮主幹道路內綠化、綠化花基、路沿石的維護管理、園林綠化的保養維護，包括淋水、修剪、除草、施肥、鬆土、病蟲害防治、花槽、花壇、綠化喬木扶正、缺株補苗、樹穴的乾枝、幹葉等綠化垃圾、生活垃圾清理清潔及建築工業廢棄料的清理，中間分隔欄的維護、清潔，以及每年在樹幹上油灰水一次等綠化養護工作等。
3、其他服務：中標人在合同簽訂後，須按採購人的要求對環衞綠化及附屬設施按相關級別養護標準進行恢復及完善；相關環衞綠化專業檢評標準以每年最新的檢評標準為準；經管理部門批准施工隊伍在保潔養護區域施工的，要做好配合及善後工作。
(二)項目服務期限
服務期限自簽訂合同之日起三年。
二、項目中標情況
1、中標項目名稱：龍標鎮2020-2023年市政主幹道路環衞綠化一體化及垃圾收集運輸運營項目(三標段)
2、採購人名稱：佛山市順德區環境運輸和城市管理局龍江分局
3、中標供應商名稱：廣東綠潤環境科技有限公司
4、中標(成交)金額：人民幣11,862,400元/年
5、服務期：自簽訂合同之日起三年
公司、廣東綠潤與佛山市順德區環境運輸和城市管理局龍江分局不存在關聯關係。
三、中標項目對公司的影響
本項目中標金額三年合計人民幣35,587,200元，佔公司2019年度經審計的營業收入的1.38%，佔廣東綠潤2019年度經審計的營業收入的5.70%。上述項目合同正式簽訂並順利實施後，將對公司市政環衞業務起到積極影響。
