Facebook及Twitter拒删反泰王贴文被泰国政府起诉
泰国正式向Facebook(FB.US)及Twitter(TWTR.US)提出起诉,因这两间公司无视删除社交平台上内容的要求,这是泰国政府第一次使用《电脑犯罪法》对不遵守法院命令的社交平台采取行动。
此前泰国数码经济及社会部向Facebook、Twitter及谷歌提出删除多个批评君主制的内容,数码经济及社会部长普提蓬(Puttipong Punnakanta)表示,若Facebook及Twitter承认有不当行为,当局可以改以判处罚款,否则将面临刑事起诉。至於谷歌方面,由於谷歌有按照要求将相关的YouTube影片删除,故未有向谷歌采取任何行动。
