創意信息(300366.SZ)：與中移動簽署自主可控OLTP數據庫聯合創新項目研發及系統維護服務框架採購合同
格隆匯 9 月 23日丨創意信息(300366.SZ)公佈，分別於2020年7月21日、2020年8月4日在巨潮資訊網(www.cninfo.com.cn)披露了《關於中標候選人公示結束的提示性公告》(公告編號：2020-41)及《關於子公司收到中移動信息技術有限公司自主可控OLTP數據庫聯合創新項目中標通知書的公告》(公告編號：2020-046)，確定公司子公司北京萬里開源軟件有限公司(以下簡稱“萬里開源”)為“中移動信息技術有限公司自主可控OLTP數據庫聯合創新項目”的標1下的標包2(分佈式)的中標人。
近日，萬里開源就上述事項與中移動信息技術有限公司(以下簡稱：中移動)簽署了《中移動信息2020-2022年自主可控OLTP數據庫(分佈式)聯合創新項目研發及系統維護服務(萬里開源)框架採購合同》。
合同標的及價格：
1、甲乙雙方基於乙方向甲方提供的原始數據庫進行研究開發工作，研發符合甲方要求的定製化數據庫(以下簡稱“數據庫”)。數據庫在甲方系統中正式上線使用後，乙方為甲方提供數據庫維保服務。甲方就乙方提供的該等維保服務向乙方支付服務費。
2、本合同金額上限為：人民幣598.7940萬元(大寫：人民幣伍佰玖拾捌萬柒仟玖佰肆拾元整)。
3、本框架合同所涉項目服務期限為合同簽訂之日起至2022年12月31日。
採購訂單：
1、本次採購為框架協議加訂單採購模式，乙方根據雙方簽署的採購訂單提供數據庫維保服務，雙方根據《採購訂單》的約定進行結算。乙方應按照本合同及《採購訂單》的約定在合同期內履行合同義務。
2、甲方或其下屬分支機構和乙方根據本框架合同簽署的採購訂單受本框架合同的約束。
3、採購訂單的終止或解除，不影響本框架合同的效力。
本合同的簽署符合公司發展戰略要求，該項目是基於中移動業務需求的數據庫聯合研發，將對中移動數據庫國產化替代產生直接影響。本次項目是公司數據庫業務在運營商領域的標誌性項目，如項目順利完成，有助於公司數據庫業務在包括運營商在內的各個領域的進一步拓展。該合同的履行對公司業務獨立性沒有影響，公司不會因履行該合同而與合同對方形成依賴。
