德祥地产(00199.HK)长沙湾「海珀」本周六起公开发售50个单位
德祥地产(00199.HK)与市建局合作发展位於长沙湾海坛街205号之住宅项目「海珀」公布首个销售安排,将於本周六(26日)早上9时半於湾仔的售楼处公开发售50个住宅单位,占项目全数单位约65%,折实售价由536.7万元起。
项目将於本周五(25日)下午3时正截止接受认购,并进行抽签程序。於同日4时半公布抽签结果。因应疫情关系,抽签结果将会在「海珀」的官方网站公布。
