格隆匯 9 月 23日丨國藥股份(600511.SH)公告，根據公司業務發展需求，擬變更《公司章程》第二章第十三條涉及經營範圍的條款，具體變更情況如下。擬對《公司章程》部分條款進行修改，具體修改內容如下：
修訂前：
第十三條經公司登記機關核准，公司的經營範圍是：批發中成藥、中藥飲片、中藥材、化學藥製劑、化學原料藥、抗生素、生化藥品、生物製品、麻醉藥品和第一類精神藥品(含原料藥)、注射用第二類精神藥品、蛋白同化製劑和肽類激素、醫療用毒性藥品(注射用A型肉毒毒素、蟾酥粉、注射用三氧化二砷)，麻黃素原料藥(小包裝)；組織藥品生產；銷售醫療器械(Ⅱ、Ⅲ類)；預包裝食品銷售(含冷藏冷凍食品)、特殊食品銷售(保健食品、嬰幼兒配方乳粉)；互聯網信息服務不含新聞、出版、教育、醫療保健、電子公告服務，含藥品和醫療器械；第二類增值電信業務中的信息服務業務(不含固定網電話信息服務和互聯網信息服務)；銷售醫療器械(Ⅰ類)、日用百貨、化粧品、汽車(不含九座以下的乘用車)、電子產品、計算機軟件及輔助設備、家用電器、衞生用品、機電設備、機械設備及配件；進出口業務；與上述業務有關的諮詢；會議服務；技術服務；技術開發；計算機系統服務；機械設備租賃；特殊醫學用途配方食品。消毒用品。
