格隆匯9月23日丨東亞銀行(0023.HK)午後拉昇至近4%,報16.24港元,總市值473億港元。

東亞銀行今日午間宣佈,完成對其業務及資產組合的全面策略性檢討,決定啟動出售東亞人壽的流程,以提高該行業務的價值,改善財務狀況並使管理團隊專注於香港及中國內地的銀行核心業務。
東亞人壽是該行全資附屬公司,為香港的個人及企業客户提供人壽保險產品。該公司通過東亞銀行分行網絡及在線渠道分銷人壽保險產品,去年保費收入為48億港元。
