野村:維持對ASM太平洋(0522.HK)買入評級 目標價125港元
野村發表研究報告稱,ASM太平洋(0522.HK)否決私有化計劃或考慮在其他地方上市,惟母企ASM國際對傳聞不予置評。然而,公司在過去兩年持續加深與中國資本市場的聯繫,不排除這次是由於上海政府敦促ASM太平洋重新在科創板上市,維持對其買入評級,目標價續看125港元。
野村續指,ASM國際於2013-17年期間三度減持其股份,每股出售價介乎90至111港元;以ASM太平洋2021年市帳率3.5倍計,其每股帳面價值約30港元,估計每股收購價需逾90港元,否則ASM國際不會出售其股份。
該行又稱,一旦公司重新在科創板上市,料其市帳率很大可能會遠超2倍,在假設市銷率約3倍下,ASM太平洋市值料達650億美元,對比現時市值為440億美元。
