uSMART友信智投9月22日消息，樂享互動有限公司 (06988)發佈《發售價及配發結果公告》。與同期招股的福祿控股相比較，樂享互動的公開和國配認購更爲火爆：
①公開：樂享互動公開認購倍數高達1632.92倍，超購倍數排今年第三，僅次於燁星集團、歐康維視生物-B。其中乙組的認購情況更爲激烈，認購倍數高達2,382.2倍。
2018年以來，超購倍數過千倍的有14只，僅1只首日破發。
②國配：國配認購倍數高達24倍， 該數字爲近期的top5，歐康維視生物：76倍，農夫山泉：60倍，康基醫療：29倍，海吉亞醫療：25倍）。承配人也高達457名，國配的貨源較爲分散，前25名承配人認購股份佔發行股份的38.88%（假設超額配股權未獲行使）。

1、發售價：2.88港元，爲招股價區間（2.14-3.21港元）的中上價格
2、每手股數：1000股，一手價格2880港元
3、有效申購人數：367,247名（甲組：352,495名，乙組：14,752名）
4、實際中籤人數：129,155名
5、中籤情況：一手中籤率10%，申購200手穩中1手，甲尾穩2爭3，乙頭穩7爭8，頂頭槌穩中20手。
6、公開認購情況：認購倍數約1,632.92倍（甲組：882.64倍，乙組：2,382.2倍）
7、回撥情況：有回撥，最終公開的比例爲50%，國配的比例爲50%（假設超額配股權未獲行使）
8、國際發售：認購約24倍，共有457名承配人，前25名承配人認購股份佔發行股份的38.88%（假設超額配股權未獲行使）
9、超額配股權：國際發售中超額分配81,555,000股股份，有綠鞋
10、穩定價格操作人：軟庫中華，穩價結束日爲2020年10月15日
11、基石投資者（4名）：Acuitas Group Holdings LLC、、Capital Investment LLC、嘉實基金、移卡，合共鎖定13.4%的發行股份（假設超額配股權未獲行使），禁售期6個月。
