歐洲央行啓動對抗疫債券購買計劃的評估
兩位未具名管理委員會成員的話報道，歐洲央行已開始對其抗疫債券購買計劃進行評估，以考慮其應持續多長時間以及是否應將更大的靈活性擴展至較早的計劃。

歐洲第二波疫情隱憂浮現 多國“封城令”再度收緊
外媒稱，許多歐洲國家18日實施新的局部限制措施，以減少不斷增加的新冠肺炎病例，這些國家試圖避免像以色列那樣在全國範圍內第二次封鎖。

索尼PS5和英偉達的RTX 3080顯卡目前是國外最搶手的貨，但兩家都在供貨上出現了問題。尤其是RTX 3080，由於貨源稀缺，普通用戶買不到，黃牛利用搶購軟件搶到貨之後再加價倒賣，引起衆怒。繼索尼道歉後，英偉達也在近日致歉了。

沃爾瑪發佈聲明稱，暫時同意購買TikTok Global的7.5%股份，並達成商業協議以向TikTok Global提供電商及其他全渠道服務。
多家國際大行涉嫌轉移逾2萬億美元可疑資金，匯豐股價暴跌
英國匯豐銀行在明知有客戶搞“龐氏騙局”，存在欺詐行爲的情況下，卻仍允許他們從美國轉賬數千萬美元。這份名爲“可疑活動報告”的機密文件稱，在2013年和2014年，匯豐允許欺詐者通過其美國業務將8000萬美元（約5.4億人民幣）轉到香港的匯豐銀行賬戶中。

傳螞蟻集團將把IPO融資目標提高到350億美元
據知情人士稱，螞蟻集團在評估早期投資者的興趣後，正尋求在首次公開募股(IPO)中至少籌集350億美元資金，從而超越沙特阿美去年12月創下的294億美元的紀錄，成爲有史以來全球最大IPO。
京東健康將於本週在港提交IPO，計劃募資20億美元
準確的募資金額將在聆訊後路演期間確定。按照港交所常規的上市進度來說，京東健康最快將於11月底在港交所敲鐘。
