格隆匯 9 月 22日丨安達維爾(300719.SZ)公佈，公司2020年9月20日、2020年9月21日和2020年9月22日連續三個交易日收盤價漲幅偏離值累計超過30%(2020年9月21日和2020年9月22日連續兩個交易日收盤價漲幅偏離值累計達到39.20%)。根據《深圳證券交易所創業板交易特別規定》第4.2條規定：連續三個交易日內日收盤價漲跌幅偏離值累計達到±30%的，屬於股票交易異常波動的情況。
截止目前公司生產經營情況正常，無重大變化。2020年1-6月，因受到了客户緊急訂單、政府政策及周邊環境變化的影響導致公司的利潤增長，主要為：與以往年度相比，公司一般在下半年度集中收到大額退税款，本年度公司在上半年度收到了大額退税款，導致利潤增長；參與保障的客户緊急採購項目在上半年度實現生產交付，導致機載設備研製類業務收入較去年同期增長，相應增加了主營業務利潤；執行新金融工具準則，對應收賬款組合及預期信用損失率進行了調整，詳細內容見公司於2020年8月18日披露的《2020年半年度報告》。

當前公司智能製造業務正處於市場推廣和培育發展的關鍵期，短期內可能面臨業務增長相對較慢、未達增長預期的風險。
“新冠肺炎”疫情期間，我國航空旅客運輸量和貨郵運輸量下降，以致航空運輸及下游產業均受到不同程度的衝擊，由此可能對公司機載設備維修業務造成不利影響。同時，受疫情影響，公司部分測控設備和飛機加改裝業務可能面臨因調試和驗收延期導致的產品交付期延長的風險。另外，由於疫情對個別企業衝擊較大，可能存在公司個別客户應收賬款的回收存在超期風險。
