格隆匯 9 月 22日丨金溢科技(002869.SZ)公佈，公司與北京百度網訊科技有限公司(“百度”)，於2020年9月22日在雙方各自公司所在地，以雲簽約的方式簽署了《百度Apollo智能交通生態合作框架協議》，雙方以“通過資源互補、技術互補等有效合作方式，充分發揮高科技互聯網企業與交通行業資深企業各自的優勢，結合形成有效地技術聯盟。在智能交通、自動駕駛、智能網聯的大背景下，共同探討和實踐對應的商業模式，加速技術向產品的有效過渡，共同為智能交通、自動駕駛、智能網聯領域提供全面、系統、可靠的解決方案”為目標達成合作。
公司作為百度Apollo智能交通生態合作重要夥伴將深度參與百度Apollo 計劃，共建圍繞智能交通、自動駕駛、智能網聯領域的技術、商業生態。
公司加入百度Apollo智能交通生態，共同圍繞自動駕駛國家新一代人工智能開放創新平台、百度Apollo智能交通白皮書探索新基建、新交通的市場機會，加速智能交通建設，推動未來交通真正邁入智能化、一體化新階段。
雙方將共同基於各自優勢資源，形成聯合關於車路協同、智能信控、智能網聯、自動駕駛的聯合解決方案，共同推向市場。
