海格通信(002465.SZ)簽訂約4.1億元合同
格隆匯 9 月 22日丨海格通信(002465.SZ)公佈，公司近日收到與特殊機構客户簽訂的訂貨合同，合同總金額約4.1億元人民幣。合同標的：主要為無線通信(含數字集羣)、北斗導航產品及新產品等。合同供貨時間為2020年至2021年相應月份，具體時間按照合同規定執行。
合同總金額約4.1億元，佔公司最近一個會計年度經審計的營業收入的8.9%。合同的履行將對公司的營業收入和營業利潤產生積極的影響，公司將根據合同要求以及收入確認原則在相應的會計期間確認收入。
公司在無線通信、導航領域具有60餘年的專業底藴，是全頻段覆蓋的無線通信與全產業鏈佈局的北斗導航裝備研製專家、電子信息系統解決方案提供商。主要用户包括特殊機構用户及三大電信運營商、中國鐵塔、政府部門、公安消防、交通等國民經濟重要部門。公司在“十三五”特殊機構用户信息化建設多個科研項目比試中成績位於前列，可以預見未來特殊機構的市場潛力廣闊。
北斗導航作為公司主營優勢業務之一，公司具備核心技術，掌握技術體制，擁有全產業鏈研發與服務能力，擁有自主研發的國內領先的高精度、高動態、抗干擾等關鍵技術自主知識產權。在國家重點投入研製的北斗衞星導航系統項目中，公司通過市場競標成功取得了系列用户機的研製資格，開發了北斗衞星導航系統高動態、抗干擾、高精度、雙模型用户機等多機型，並在用户機構組織的歷次測試中均名列前茅。公司突破北斗三號核心技術，可為測量測繪、智能無人系統、應急救援和高精度授時及智慧城市等應用提供自主可控的核心產品。隨着我國北斗三號全球衞星導航系統組網完成，北斗應用將不斷拓展，行業市場前景廣闊，公司將以“北斗+5G”領域應用先行者為己任加速開展核心技術成果轉化，精心佈局並推進北斗規模化應用。
