穆迪将中交建(01800.HK)评级由降至Baa1 展望「稳定」
评级机构穆迪将中国交通建设(01800.HK)评级由A3降至Baa1,展望由「负面」转为「稳定」,主要估计受PPP项目带动,公司未来一至两年杠杆将继续提升,而受疫情影响特别是海外业务方面EBITDA增长将放慢。
该行指出,中交建母公司为国企,故料内地政府可为公司带来高度支撑,另外公司在内地交通及基建工程领导亦具较大规模,加上也有逾60年的经验,认为受惠订单充足公司收入具可见性,而其核心工程业务利润亦稳健。(el/a) ~
