花旗:維持敏華(1999.HK)買入評級 目標價14港元
花旗發表研究報告指,敏華控股(1999.HK)因為加速開店而成本上升,受短期因素影響,公司利潤率下滑。該行維持敏華買入投資評級,目標價14港元。
花旗表示,敏華控股零售網絡擴張速度加快,在截至3月底止財年預計有約800家新店開業,鑑於公司主要採用特許經營模式,難以控制成本,敏華控股週一(21日)下跌了11%,為六個月來最大跌幅。不過,該行認為敏華控股利潤率下滑只是受到短期因素影響,鑑於公司股價已較3月低點上漲兩倍,股價高波動的可能性無法避免。
