新股配售 | 華住一手中籤率100%，公開認購3.39倍，國配6.6倍，港股定價較美股折價8.8%
uSMART友信智投9月21日消息，華住集團有限公司 (01179)發佈《發售價及配發結果公告》，從配售結果來看，三個小結：
①冷：此前回港二次上市的百勝中國，上市首日即破發5%，打破投資者對於中概二次上市的"小肉小湯"預期。緊接着二次上市招股的華住集團-S則公開認購遇冷，認購人數不到9千人，不及濠江機電，公開認購倍數僅3.39倍，出現久違的一手中籤率100%。
②熱：國配6.6倍，最大承配人認購了3,900,000股，約11.58億港元，80.11%的發行股數分配了前25名承配人，貨源集中。
③折價空間大：華住集團-S港股定價爲297港元，較最新美股收盤價爲42.02美元(約325.65港元）折價約8.8%，折價幅度高於此前已二次上市的四隻中概股（百勝中國-S是首隻港股定價較美股溢價的)。此外，沒有回撥，散戶佔比10%，從拋壓上也較百勝中國-S理想。
【配售簡況】
1、發售價：297港元，最新美股收盤價爲42.02美元，約325.65港元，港股定價比美股最新收盤價折價約8.8%(折價幅度爲五隻已二次上市港股中最高)。
2、每手股數：50股，一手價格14850港元。
3、有效申購人數：8,793名（甲組：8,756名，乙組：37名）
4、中籤情況：一手中籤率100%，甲尾穩中43手，乙頭穩中106手，頂頭槌穩中4902手。
5、公開認購情況：認購倍數約3.39倍
6、國際配售情況：認購倍數約6.6倍，115名承配人
7、回撥情況：無回撥，最終公開的比例爲10%，國配的比例爲90%（於任何超額配股權獲行使前)
8、關聯客戶（4名）：CSI、中信證券、摩根大通關聯客戶、U-Tiger Global等，獲配售171,700股，佔全球發售股份的0.841%。
9、超額配股權：國配已超額分配3,063,300股發售股份，有綠鞋
10、穩定價格操作人：高盛
