格隆匯 9 月 21日丨煌上煌(002695.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年9月21日召開的第五屆董事會第一次會議審議通過了《關於使用部分超募資金向全資子公司陝西煌上煌食品有限公司增資用於繼續建設“年產6000噸肉製品加工建設項目”的議案》,同意公司使用超募資金3000萬元人民幣對全資子公司陝西煌上煌食品有限公司(“陝西煌上煌”)進行增資用於繼續建設年產6000噸肉制品加工建設項目。
