康哲藥業(00867.HK)與全球製藥公司medac簽訂經銷供應及許可協議
格隆匯9月21日丨康哲藥業(00867.HK)發佈公告，集團通過其全資附屬公司於2020年9月21日與medac Gesellschaftfür klinische Spezialpr äparatem.b.H就於歐洲和/或美國上市的標準治療產品簽訂了經銷、供應及許可協議。產品包括類風濕關節炎和其他自身免疫性疾病的一線替代療法—甲氨蝶呤預充式注射器/注射筆，以及非肌層浸潤性膀胱癌的金標準免疫療法—膀胱灌注用卡介苗，針對的疾病均於區域存在未被滿足的臨牀需求。
根據許可協議，集團通過其全資附屬公司將獲得在中國大陸、香港特別行政區、澳門特別行政區及台灣（台灣不適用於產品膀胱灌注用卡介苗）使用由medac或其關聯公司擁有或控制的所有相關知識產權和知識產權權利開發、註冊及商業化產品的獨家許可權利。許可協議將持續有效，除按協議約定的特定情況提前終止。
據悉，甲氨蝶呤預充式注射器/注射筆（MTX-medac）是多種規格的低劑量小容量甲氨蝶呤（MTX）注射劑，允許患者自行皮下給藥。MTX-medac已獲得歐洲藥品管理局總部（HMA）或/和美國食品藥品監督管理局（FDA）的批准，用於治療類風濕關節炎（RA）和其他自身免疫性疾病，例如多關節型幼年特發性關節炎、銀屑病、銀屑病關節炎和/或克羅恩病。
medac是一傢俬有的全球製藥公司，其製藥和診斷業務不斷髮展。medac於1970年在德國北部成立，專門從事泌尿科、腫瘤科、血液學和自身免疫性疾病的治療以及診斷設備的開發。除了已經建立的產品組合之外，medac還致力於改善現有的治療方法和開發新的治療產品，為患者提供領先的個性化治療。在泌尿外科領域，medac專注於非肌層浸潤性膀胱癌的灌注療法。
