路德環境(688156.SH)將於9月22日科創板上市 前三季扣非淨利潤預降40.39%至52.41%
格隆匯 9 月 21日丨路德環境(688156.SH)發佈首次公開發行股票科創板上市公告書，發行股票數量為2296萬股，佔發行後總股本的比例為25%，全部為公開發行新股，無老股轉讓；發行價為15.91元/股；將於2020年9月22日在上海證券交易所科創板上市。
此次發行市盈率為34.01倍(每股收益按2019年經審計的扣除非經常性損益前後孰低的歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤除以本次發行後總股本計算)。
2020年1-6月，公司實現營業收入8176.09萬元，同比減少43.84%，其中4-6月實現營業收入6476.12萬元，同比減少36.9%；2020年1-6月，公司實現淨利潤718.95萬元，同比減少77.65%，其中4-6月實現淨利潤1577.49萬元，同比減少46.90%；2020年1-6月，公司實現扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤263.82萬元，同比減少91.32%，其中4-6月實現扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤1183.96萬元，同比減少57.79%。以上財務數據未經審計，但已經大信所審閲。
結合疫情形勢、相關防控政策及公司實際復工情況，公司預計2020年1-9月可實現的營業收入約為16717萬元至18717萬元，與2019年1-9月相比變動幅度為-30.51%至-22.20%；預計2020年1-9月可實現扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為1980萬元至2480萬元，與2019年1-9月相比變動幅度為-52.41%至-40.39%。上述2020年1-9月財務數據未經會計師審計或審閲，不構成盈利預測。
發行人預計2020年1-9月的業績情況較上年同期將發生一定幅度的下滑，主要受2020年上半年經營業績下滑的影響，其主要原因為：①河湖淤泥業務因項目管理人員多來自武漢，各項目4月份才逐步恢復正常運營，復工時間較晚，上半年收入受到較大影響；②工程泥漿業務受項目客户(當地建築企業)復工復產進度延後的影響，上半年收入不及上年同期；③受疫情影響部分計劃上半年獲取的訂單招投標及談判程序推遲，新增訂單的落地收到一定影響。
考慮發行人已全面實現復工復產，結合行業發展形勢、在手訂單的執行情況和未來訂單的預計獲取情況，預計發行人2020年全年的經營業績水平不低於2019年，不存在經營業績大幅下滑或虧損的風險，新冠肺炎疫情的影響是暫時性的，對發行人持續經營能力及發行條件不構成重大不利影響。
