達實智能(002421.SZ)：與騰訊健康簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯 9 月 20日丨達實智能(002421.SZ)公佈，為進一步加強資源共享、優勢互補和業務協同，在健康城市、智慧醫院等領域積極打造聯合解決方案，擴充產品生態，近日，公司控股子公司深圳達實旗雲智慧醫療有限公司(以下簡稱"達實旗雲")與騰訊醫療健康(深圳)有限公司(以下簡稱"騰訊健康")簽訂了戰略合作協議。
結合雙方優勢，圍繞健康城市、區域醫療、智慧醫院等領域開展合作，共同探索醫療互聯網、數字健康的新路徑、新模式，促進產業融合與創新。包括但不限於以下幾方面的業務內容：
(1)雙方在健康城市領域展開充分合作，促進區域便民服務、醫療協同、互聯網醫院、全面健康管理平台、區域醫療健康大數據、醫療健康產業促進、健康園區、智慧醫藥、健康養老、健康管理、家庭醫生等方面的信息化建設。
(2)雙方在醫院、醫療集團、醫聯體、醫共體及專科聯盟等醫療領域充分合作，開展互聯網醫院、遠程醫療、智慧醫院、智慧臨牀、移動醫護、移動辦公、智慧管理、智慧科研、智慧醫保、醫療中台、雲基礎設施、信息安全等方面的建設合作。
(3)雙方共同推動"聯合解決方案"的構建和落地，基於騰訊公司物聯網、雲計算、大數據、人工智能等技術優勢，結合達實旗雲現有區域醫療項目建設及運營經驗，雙方將重點針對智慧醫療豐富的應用場景需求的大趨勢下，利用在開發聯合解決方案方面的優勢，共同推動醫療行業智慧化的進程。
公告稱，騰訊健康是騰訊的全資子公司，依託騰訊的基礎設施能力、人才優勢與圖像識別、大數據、人工智能等技術積累，助力醫療大健康產業智慧化升級。
達實旗雲作為國內領先的區域醫療大數據建設及運營服務商，前身是達實智能智慧醫療事業部，本着“健康城市，人人可享”的經營使命，為全國各地政府及醫療機構提供區域醫療頂層設計、建設、運營一體化服務，目前業務已經覆蓋淮南、宿州、衡水等多個地市及縣域醫共體。此次戰略合作是基於騰訊對公司綜合服務實力及豐富項目實施經驗的認可，雙方各自發揮行業領先優勢及綜合影響力，共同推動物聯網、雲計算、大數據、人工智能等技術在醫療領域的創新應用，探索醫療互聯網、數字健康的新路徑、新模式，通過強強聯合，共同推動醫療行業智慧化的進程，構建開放共贏的大健康產業生態鏈。
