格隆匯9月18日丨安寧控股(00128.HK)公佈有關改劃申請部分批准的進一步進展,城市規劃委員會現已正式告知公司,在都會規劃小組委員會於2020年9月1日舉行會議之後,城規會決定部分同意有關把改劃地段由“其他指定用途”註明“體育及康樂會所”改劃為“住宅(乙類)6”地帶的申請,其最大總樓面面積為49,300平方米,於改劃地段的東部和南部設非建築用地,以及於三個不同平台分別設205米(主水平基準以上)、200米(主水平基準以上)及194米(主水平基準以上)的建築物高度限制,在根據《城市規劃條例》第5條刊憲前,就荃灣分區計劃大綱核准圖編號S/TW/33的修訂須提交城規會並取得同意,以及經行政長官會同行政會議將該核准圖發還城規會以作修訂。

這意味着,已公開並提交給2020年9月1日所舉行的城規會會議的申請的所有方面均維持不變,但須降低住宅樓宇的最高建築物高度,高座須降低6米,而中座及低座須降低3米,以使住宅樓宇高度限制將在194米(主水平基準以上)至205米(主水平基準以上)範圍內。為清楚起見,改劃地段的最大總樓面面積並沒有更改,這將根據城規會考慮的申請進行,即49,300平方米。
