華英農業(002321.SZ):控股股東所持公司1.62%股份司法拍賣完成過户登記
格隆匯9月18日丨華英農業(002321.SZ)公佈,公司控股股東河南省潢川華英禽業總公司(以下簡稱“華英禽業總公司”)因融資租賃合同糾紛,被石家莊鐵路運輸法院依法作出裁定,對華英禽業總公司持有的公司無限售流通股867萬股進行了司法拍賣。
公司於2020年9月18日通過中國證券登記結算有限責任公司系統查詢得知,上述被司法拍賣的867萬股已於2020年9月17日完成過户登記。本次被司法拍賣的867萬股佔公司總股本的1.62%。
