《大行報告》高盛:內地放寬小額貸款公司槓桿比率 料利好金融科技公司
高盛發表研究報告,指出中國銀行業監督管理委員會發表文件,以更新有關小額貸款企業的法規,包括將槓桿上限由早前的1.5至3倍提升至5倍。由於大部分金融科技公司持有小額貸款許可證,因此提高槓桿上限可能會推動金融公司的表內貸款業務,料利好金融科技公司。
該行指,由於小額貸款許可證是由地方政府頒發,因此關於應否將小額貸款公司視為金融機構存在爭議,這將關乎到4倍LPR利率上限應否適用於小額貸款公司。雖然不知道金融監管機構的決定,但相信提升小額貸款公司的槓桿上限,有望抵銷來自潛在利率上限的增長壓力。
