中芯国际(00981.HK):制造者应对产品创造价值
中芯国际(00981.HK)联合首席执行官赵海军在论坛上表示,集成电路行业之所以能够发展,一定是使用者的体验感更好,整个社会的幸福指数、生活质量提高,才能够推动行业发展。无论是技术还是产品,实际上就是要给使用者创造价值;而作为制造者,就应该对自身的产品创造价值。
他指出,如何判断一家企业是否优秀,并非只取决於它是否有先进的技术,而是要有考量它的技术、质量、管理、交货以及客户配合度。最成功、最好的工厂的标志在於它的客户满意度,只有支持的客户成功了,它才能算成功。尤其是代工行业,本身没有产品,只有客户赚到钱,有市场份额、品牌,代工厂才能够有更好的发展和收入。
