新股配售 | 福祿控股一手中籤率2%，公開認購1258.51倍，國配13.73倍，有綠鞋
uSMART友信智投9月17日消息，福祿控股有限公司 (02101)發佈《發售價及配發結果公告》。總體而言，認購火爆，申購人數接近39萬，公開認購過千倍，一手中籤率低至2%。
2018年以來的數據顯示，一手中籤率低於(含)5%的個股，有13只，首日僅一隻破發，表現最好的是毛記葵涌(首日漲431.66%），表現最差的是向中國際（首日跌32%）。
【配售簡況】
（1）發售價：8.9港元，爲招股價區間（6.9港元-8.9港元）的上限
（2）每手股數：500股，一手價格4450港元
（3）有效申購人數：388,838名（甲組：382,273名，乙組：6,565名）
（4）中籤情況：一手中籤率2%，申購200手穩中1手，甲尾穩中2手，乙頭穩5爭6，頂頭槌穩中20手。
（5）公開認購：認購倍數約1,258.51倍（甲組：973.67倍；乙組：1,543.36倍），2018年以來，超購倍數過千倍的有13只，僅1只首日破發。
（6）國際配售：認購倍數約13.73倍，共有206名承配人
（7）回撥情況：國配40%的發行股數回撥給公開，最終公開的比例爲50%，國配的比例爲50%
（8）超額配股權：已超額分配15,000,000股股份，有綠鞋
（9）穩定價格操作人：招銀國際
（10）基石投資者（4名）：Successful Lotus、光谷產業投資、武漢百捷、完美世界，合共鎖定19.45%的發行股份
（11）關聯客戶（1名）：招銀國際聯屬實體，獲配售700,000股發售股份
