港通控股(00032.HK)获主席提出溢价逾42%全购要约,该股今天复牌高见13.82元,接近5月中旬所创52周或上市高位15.5元,现造13.78元,飙升40%,一向稀疏成交激增至126万股,创年内新高。
港通公布,主席张松桥(作为要约人)提出以每股现金14元(较停牌前溢价42.42%)自愿性有条件全面现金要约收购全部股份,目前要约人持有公司股本22.78%,涉资约40.29亿元。要约截止後,张氏拟继续经营港通现有业务及维持上市地位。
