杭州银行(600926.SH)授权高管可动态调整理财业务转型安排
杭州银行(600926.SH)公布,该行第七届董事会第三次会议审议并通过《杭州银行股份有限公司关於进一步推动理财业务转型发展的议案》,授权高级管理层根据监管要求及公司经营情况动态调整理财业务转型发展的具体执行安排。
该行半年报显示,截至2020年6月末,包括该行全资子公司杭银理财在内,该行整体存续的各类理财产品规模2,324.58亿元人民币(下同),较上年末增加11.04亿元,且保本理财余额为零,短期产品占比逐步下降,产品净值化比例达到87.23%。
