凱文教育(002659.SZ)擬與世和國際簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯 9 月 17日丨凱文教育(002659.SZ)公佈，公司(乙方)擬與世和國際開發股份有限公司(“世和國際”，甲方)簽訂《戰略合作協議》，在教育領域開展戰略合作，以整合各方優質教育及管理資源，在浙江嘉興打造以高質量K12國際化雙語學校、户外營地教育和生活教育為主體的現代教育示範園區。《戰略合作協議》屬於雙方意向性約定，旨在表達雙方合作意向及初步洽商結果，截至目前尚未簽署。合作內容如下：
1、甲乙雙方將基於共同的合作願景，協同進行世合理想大地教育板塊的總體規劃與設計，制定詳細的、可執行的長期發展規劃和實施路線圖。
2、甲方負責學校校舍投資建設，其中包括但不限於完成所有土地出讓手續、工程建設、不可移動設施設備採購、活動場地建設等與學校硬件建設相關工作。甲方對其投資的固定資產享有所有權，與學校簽署租賃協定，按協定約定收取租金。
3、乙方作為服務方，為學校提供包括軟件建設及運營管理等服務。服務範圍包括但不限於提供管理團隊、課程設置、師資招聘、培訓諮詢、素質教育服務、國際認證、後勤管理等與學校軟件和教學管理相關服務。乙方與學校簽署合作辦學服務協議，按協議約定收取服務費。
4、甲乙雙方在合作中所要承擔的具體責任、權利和義務將在後續簽訂的《合作辦學服務協議》等系列協議中予以明確。
5、戰略合作協議簽署後，雙方將立即成立聯合工作小組，協同起草《合作辦學服務協議》等系列文件，具體落實以上合作內容。
