啟迪環境(000826.SZ)：與西安市碑林區政府簽訂合作協議 擬設立啟迪零碳集團、啟迪零碳研究院
格隆匯 9 月 17日丨啟迪環境(000826.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與西安市碑林區人民政府(“碑林區政府”)簽訂了《合作協議》，為發展西安市新基建、新材料、新能源、無廢城市等的建設，雙方本着平等互利、優勢互補、誠信雙贏的原則進行合作。
合作內容如下：
1、設立百億級的啟迪零碳能源集團有限公司
雙方共同推動在甲方所在區域設立啟迪零碳能源集團有限公司(擬用名，具體以工商注冊為準，以下簡稱啟迪零碳集團)，總資產規模將達到100億左右，啟迪零碳集團以建設“零碳無廢城市”為使命，充分發揮核心技術優勢和產業集成優勢，成為能源環保一體化的高科技領軍企業。
啟迪零碳集團藉助現有資產形成的優勢，高校及相關科研機構，獲取和注入核心技術，輕重結合，開展三類核心業務：綜合性垃圾能源中心、城市清潔熱力業務、智能綜合能源業務。
綜合性垃圾能源中心業務：協同處理生活垃圾、餐廚、廚餘、污泥、醫廢等，在保護環境的同時，變廢為能，進行多能輸出(發電、工業蒸汽、供暖等)，實現能源環保一體化。
城市清潔熱力業務：聚焦於“城鎮集中供熱服務”與“工業餘熱回收利用”方向，因地制宜地採用和耦合熱電聯產、工業餘熱回收、可再生能源、分佈式能源、低温核供熱等先進技術，實現城市清潔供熱。
智能綜合能源業務：主要針對工業園區、科技園區等，融合廢能利用、清潔能源利用和環保技術，提供領先的智能能源環保一體化解決方案服務，與園區開發者共同建設和運營智能零碳無廢園區。
2、設立啟迪智能零碳無廢研究院
乙方在甲方所在區域設立啟迪智能零碳無廢研究院(擬用名，具體以工商註冊為準，以下簡稱啟迪零碳研究院)，聚焦環境保護和清潔能源的技術開發與推廣利用，對接全球頂尖的院士專家，引進清華大學及全球優秀技術人才，推動產業更好更快發展，同時助力甲方所在區域產業轉型升級和科技創新。
3、智能零碳無廢城市建設
雙方共同建設智能零碳無廢城市，共同推進響應國家新時代西部大開發戰略的智能零碳無廢、科技創新型標杆城市。
