特朗普:不喜欢TikTok交易建议 白宫未准备好批准
据《CNBC》报道,美国总统特朗普表示,未准备好批准批准甲骨文(ORCL.US)成为TikTok可信任技术夥伴的交易,强调交易必须完全符合国家安全。
他又反对字节跳动将保留TikTok在美国业务的控股权,而甲骨文则只可能获得少数股权的做法。他称,白宫正在了解情况,但从概念上不喜欢这个交易建议。特朗普补充,在批准交易前必须先看到该协议,预计将在周四早上收到交易计划。
另外,特朗普引述律师指,暂未有合法途径确保美国政府从TikTok交易中获取收益,不过美国政府正在研究这个问题。(mn/W)~
