格隆匯 9 月 16日丨天倫燃氣(01600.HK)發佈公告,公司的間接全資附屬公司河南天倫燃氣集團有限公司收到中國銀行間市場交易商協會發出的日期為2020年9月9日的關於河南天倫擬於中國發行超短期融資工具的接受註冊通知書(中市協注[2020]SCP520號)。
通知書自通知書日期起兩年內有效,河南天倫可在該期間內分期發行超短期融資工具。倘進行超短期融資工具的擬議發行,則預計所得募集資金將主要用於補充日常運營資金和償還有息債務。
