天猫淘宝总裁蒋凡：犀牛智造计划2025年直接带动超过10万就业

天猫淘宝总裁蒋凡在2020阿里巴巴新制造发布会上表示，未来中国一定会从工业制造业一定会从工业时代向互联网时代的智能化方向发展。从消费趋势来看，年轻消费群体今天已经成为消费的主力，他们的消费需求更加多元，变化更快，更加注重个性化。
蒋凡表示，这要求各个行业从产品设计到生产到生产速度要更快，从供给侧来看，所以说互联网的电商的快速发展，网上不断兴起大量的新的商家和品牌，特别是中小商家，那么他们已经成为互联网的主流的这样的一股力量。
“过去的20年，阿里巴巴非常幸运，我们发展成为今天全球最大的在线零售平台，尤其是在服装行业，我们今天的民中有万亿级别万亿级别这样的一个市场销售量，那么如果说淘宝天猫走出了数字化专业的第一步，实现了销售跟营销的在线化跟智能化，那么未来的20年我们相信从生产到终端销售，一定会实现全链路的数字化跟智能化，所以今天我们推出了信用制造这样一个平台，我们希望通过阿里过去20年所积累的技术能力、数据能力，来推动中国服装制造业的升级的变革。”蒋凡说道。
蒋凡表示，需求制造是一个定位于服务中商家的智能化制造平台，阿里希望帮助商家提升生产工业的效果，那么同时也更好的支持这些商家，提升他们的消费者这样的体验。
过去三年阿里投入大量的研发资源，获得了超过60个在服装制造业的专利。阿里希望真正对实现数据驱动，向消费者洞察销售的进展与生产环节紧密相连，实现更聪明的生产排期，弹性生产。
蒋凡表示，相信有一天制造能力可以像今天的云计算一样被调用，实现生产的云端化，从而大幅降低社会资源的浪费，商家也可以更加专注于商品的设计，品牌的打造和客户的服务。也希望通过技术驱动的新制造平台，帮助制造企业降低制造工人就业门槛，为社会带来更多的就业。
犀牛智造平台打造的首个标杆性的工厂运营两年，计划在2025年将直接带动超过10万的就业，并带动相关产业的区县20万人就业，阿里希望和广大合作伙伴一起推动生产制造环节的持续升级，服务好商家，也为广大消费者生产更多好的产品。
