九牧王(601566.SH):子公司擬出資3000萬元認繳合夥企業的份額
格隆匯 9 月 16日丨九牧王(601566.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司西藏工布江達縣九盛投資有限責任公司擬作為有限合夥人出資人民幣3000萬元認繳寧波君度景弘股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“合夥企業”)的份額;公司關聯方山南置立方投資管理有限公司擬作為有限合夥人出資人民幣1000萬元認購合夥企業的份額。
此次投資旨在獲取財務投資收益,公司在保證日常經營所需資金的前提下,使用自有資金進行財務投資,有利於提高資金的使用效率,且不會影響公司日常生產經營活動。
