《大行報告》瑞信:中資資源股首選紫金、潤泥、兗煤及海螺水泥
瑞信發表報告指,內地強勁的投資推動物料需求上升。根據國家統計局數據,今年8月房地產投資按年增長11.8%(首八個月按年增長5.3%),基礎設施固定資產投資8月亦按年增長4%(首八個月按年下跌0.3%)。
該行表示,水泥、鋼鐵及金屬的生產強勁,證明建設活動仍然穩固,預期當市場進入需求旺季時,水泥及銅的價格將會上升。另外,內地煤炭需求旺盛但供應仍然緊張,8月煤炭生產按年下跌0.1%至3.3億噸,對比同月電力消耗按年增長7.7%,預期今年第四季煤炭供應仍然非常緊張,料對煤價有利。
中資資源股中,瑞信首選紫金(02899.HK)、潤泥(01313.HK)、兗煤(01171.HK)及海螺水泥(00914.HK),四股評級均為「增持」,目標價分別7元、12元、7.5元及66元。
