易还财务(08079.HK)公布,以718万元,悉售所持汽车检验及保养服务商22%权益。
预期集团将於其综合收益表内确认出售事项产生之亏损约31.1万元。
监於集团於香港的汽车检验及保养业务的过往表现,董事会认为香港验车中心的经营表现不及预期,而继续进行汽车检验及保养业务将占用集团过多的资源,而该等资源可用於其他更大有可为的业务。因此,董事会认为,透过出售事项,集团可将其资源重新集中於集团其他盈利能力较强的业务部门。
