恆大汽車擬配售1.766億股,投資者包括騰訊、紅杉資本、滴滴出行等
uSMART友信智投9月15日消息,恆大汽車(708 HK)今日早間在港交所發佈公告稱,於2020年9月15日( 交易時段前), 以先舊後新方式安排引入騰訊控股有限公司、紅杉資本、雲鋒基金及滴滴出行等多名知名國際投資者,籌集約40億港元。
配售股份之總數爲176,580,000 股,每股配售價格爲22.65港元,較最新收盤價28.3港元折讓約19.96%。
配售代理爲海通國際、華泰國際。
