幸福控股(00260.HK)26.86%股权易手信景国际
幸福控股(00260.HK)公布,股东包括中国航空工业国际(00232.HK)、中航国际(香港)及AVIC Joy Air,向独立第三方冠城钟表珠宝(00256.HK)控股股东信景国际转让15.96亿股持股,占公司股本26.86%。完成後,信景国际将成为公司一名主要股东。
其中,中国航空工业出售17.36%股权,涉及10.31亿股,代价2,682万元,相当於每股作价0.026元,较幸福控股上交易日(15日)收报折让23.53%。集团出售股份之原收购成本近2.49亿元。
