按证公司:中小企「百分百担保特惠贷款」最高贷款额增至500万元
香港按证保险有限公司宣布,为进一步纾缓中小企资金周转的压力,中小企融资担保计划下「百分百担保特惠贷款」的每家企业最高贷款额由6个月提高至12个月雇员薪金及租金的总和,或500万元(原为400万元),以较低者为准,并将整体信贷保证承担额由500亿元提升至700亿元。
同时,特惠贷款的最长还款期由3年增加至5年。现已借款企业如有需要可向贷款机构申请增加贷款额或延长还款期,一般情况下无需递交额外证明文件,措施将於本周五(18日)起接受申请。
