山東黃金(01787.HK)總股本減少至43.14億股
格隆匯9月15日丨山東黃金(01787.HK)公告,根據公司2020年第二次臨時股東大會、2020年第三次A股及H股類別股東大會中股東所賦予的授權,現公司實施已通過決議:公司以對價人民幣1.00元回購山東黃金有色礦業集團有限公司應補償予公司的25,509,517股A股(佔公司回購前總股本4,339,456,283股股份的0.5879%),並依中國的法定程序予以註銷。上述股份註銷後,公司總股本將由4,339,456,283股減少至4,313,946,766股。
