恆逸石化(000703.SZ)：子公司擬136.54億美元投建文萊煉化二期項目
格隆匯 9 月 15日丨恆逸石化(000703.SZ)公佈，根據公司戰略發展的規劃指導，為了解決聚酯原料、可持續發展、企業全面升級轉型等根本問題，進一步做大、做強、做精石化產業，加快公司產能結構提升，公司下屬子公司恆逸實業(文萊)有限公司(“恆逸文萊”)擬投資建設PMB石油化工項目二期工程(“文萊煉化二期項目”)。投資金額預計為約136.54億美元。項目資金來源公司自有資金、銀行借款或其他融資方式等。項目投產後，公司將進一步強化公司上游產能基礎與發展領先優勢，提升公司的經營業務結構和一體化協同運營，優化企業產品結構，提升上市公司的整體盈利能力。
項目名稱：PMB石油化工項目二期工程；文萊煉化二期項目主要包括“煉油、芳烴、乙烯、聚酯”四部分，四大關聯產業鏈條高度一體化。包括1,400萬噸/年煉油、200萬噸/年對二甲苯、下游250萬噸/年PTA、100萬噸/年PET、165萬噸/年乙烯及下游深加工，以及配套儲運、公用工程和相應輔助設施。項目總投資估算為約136.54億美元。項目資金來源公司自有資金、銀行借款或其他融資方式等，確保項目建設順利實施。項目建設期3年，項目建成後，工廠年均新增營業收入約110.45億美元，平均每年可新增淨利潤17.1623億美元。該項目財務內部收益率18.67%，投資回收期7.25年。
該項目建設符合公司堅持主營業務發展，鞏固和提升主營業務的核心競爭力的戰略思維，充分利用海外石油戰略資源，打造公司新的業務增長點，有利於提高公司未來主營業務盈利能力。因此，項目投產後將會增加公司股東的利益，滿足公司利益最大化的要求。項目建成後，公司將進一步完善產業鏈一體化和規模化優勢，從而有助於降低公司產品生產成本，保證原料供應的穩定性。同時，公司產品結構持續優化，滿足了客户多樣化的市場需求，提升提高公司的市場競爭力，整體抗風險能力進一步提升。同時，有利於企業優化產品結構，增強企業核心競爭力，有利於公司提高盈利能力，實現快速健康發展的目標。
